Departments

In working with us, you'll find that our company is not overly regimented. Everyone understands their role but is willing to help out wherever needed to see a job through. You'll never hear a member of our staff say, "that's not my job."

Though we believe whole-heartedly in this open approach, it's necessary to separate our company into a few departments. Whether it's Customer Service, Estimating, Sales, Accounting or Production, it takes everyone we have to make our clients look their best.

• Accounting - Our Accounting Department can handle all your billing & payment questions.

• Customer Service - Our Customer Service Department is interested in building & maintaining relationships with our clients. They are efficient at accepting, processing & coordinating orders. Your assurance of quality is their number one priority.

• Delivery - The Print Shop has vehicles to handle all your delivery needs. We can deliver single boxes or multiple skids. We also work closely with UPS and FedEx so that we can deliver anywhere in the world for our clients.

• Estimating - Our Estimating Department, just as our other departments, is interested in maintaining relationships with our clients. They work at giving speedy turnarounds on quotes as well answering any questions our clients may have.

• Graphic Design Services - Our Graphic Design department has extensive knowledge of all major computer programs and graphic applications. They include Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe In Design Creative Suite, Pagemaker, Quark and Corel Draw. Our designers can take your project from a sketch or idea and create the completed project of your imagination. Our GD people are experts and eager to help our clients create their projects in a timely manner.

• Mailing Services - We offer complete mailing services to our clients. These services include insertion, envelope sealing, addressing & pre-sorting. This way we can assure our clients get the best postage rates. They are experts at all types of mail, presort first class, presort standard and non-profit and also with the current mailing regulations.(If you would like to see the new postal rates please click on the Mailing Services link.)
  We can use a customer supplied list as well as supply our customer with a list based on their specifications. Ask us about Variable Data Printing (VDP) & Mailing.

• Pre-Press Services - Our Pre-Press Department accepts files through email (up to 20 MB), our ftp site and our website & accepts zip drives as well as CD's. They, in turn, will give our clients full color digital proofs, bluelines or pdf proofs. Our PP people will typeset and adjust files as needed for our clients. Our clients satisfaction is their priority.

• Production - Our Production Department is where our clients ideas become reality. Our press operators are masters of their craft. They maintain the integrity of every project by working according to the highest standards. That is our clients assurance of quality.
